This policy explains what information Sagar Web Games (sagarwebgames.com, run by Shani Sagar, "we") collects when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, write to [email protected].

Playing games

You can play every game without an account. Your progress, settings and best scores are saved in your own browser (local storage) on your device; we do not receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Some games have private online tables or a party mode. While you play those, the game exchanges moves with the other players through our real-time service; we do not keep these messages. Leaderboards, where a game has them, store the name you type and your score.

Accounts for creators

If you create an account to publish games, we store your email address, the profile you fill in (username, display name, bio, avatar, links) and the games and files you upload. Your email address is never shown publicly. Accounts are handled by our database provider, Supabase.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use local storage to remember your progress and settings. We may also use privacy-friendly statistics to understand which games are played and to fix problems.

We use Google AdSense to show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Games from independent creators

Creators' games run in a separate, sandboxed frame on a separate address. They cannot read your account or this site's data. If a creator's game asks you for personal information, do not give it and report the game to us.

How long we keep data and your rights

We keep account data while your account exists and delete it when you ask us to. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address.

Children

The games are suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; accounts for publishing games are for people aged 16 or over. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
