Playing

The games are free to play for personal use. Please do not copy the games, their artwork or their code to other websites without permission. Games that involve chance use points only, with no real money and no prizes.

Publishing games as a creator

• You must own the game you upload, or have the right to publish it, including its art, music and code.
• Every game is reviewed before it is public. We may ask for changes, hide a game or remove a creator who breaks these rules.
• Not allowed: malware, crypto-mining, tracking or anything that harms players or their devices; phishing or asking players for passwords or payment details; adult content; hate or harassment; gambling with real money; copies of other people's games; trademarked names, characters or artwork you do not own.
• You keep the rights to your game. You give us permission to host it, show it on the site and promote it as part of the site.

Our responsibilities

We work to keep the site safe and available: every upload is security-checked and reviewed, and creators' games run isolated from the site. The site is still provided as it is, and we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Games from independent creators are their creators' responsibility.
