Kabaddi Raid brings the fast contact sport from South Asia to a top-down mat with a broadcast feel. As the raider you dive into the opposing half, touch defenders and race back over the midline; as the defence you move as a chain of seven and try to trap the raider before they escape.
It is a short, punchy sports game for anyone who follows kabaddi or wants to try it. Live commentary, slow motion on big moments and the sport's real rules, including bonus points, super tackles, revivals and all-outs, make each raid feel like it matters.
How to play
- When raiding, move into the other half, cross the baulk line and tag defenders by touching or bumping them.
- Return over the midline before the 30-second raid clock ends; every defender you touched is a point.
- Use DASH to slip a diving tackle, and if you are held, press DASH repeatedly to drag yourself toward the midline.
- When defending, steer your chain and press TACKLE: the nearest defender dives and the others pile on.
- Crossing the bonus line with six or more defenders on the mat scores a bonus point; tackling with three or fewer is a super tackle worth two.
- Each point you score revives an out team-mate, and putting the whole opposing side out is an all-out worth two extra.

Tips
- Do not get greedy: one safe touch and a clean return often beats chasing a second defender.
- Watch the raid clock and start heading home with a few seconds to spare.
- Save your dash for the moment a defender dives, not before.
- On defence, keep the chain together and tackle when the raider is deep in your half and far from the midline.
- When your side is down to three or fewer, a successful tackle is a super tackle, so stay patient.
About the game
Kabaddi is a traditional team sport with roots in India, now played in professional leagues and international competitions. Kabaddi Raid follows its classic rules closely, including do-or-die raids after two empty raids in a row, so the game teaches the sport as you play it.
On phones the mat fills the screen with a thumb stick and large buttons; on desktop it plays on keyboard, and two players can share one keyboard with WASD and the arrow keys. Coins unlock new team kits.
