Pocket Pal

Play Pocket Pal now · free, no download, no sign-up
Pocket Pal is a virtual pet you hatch from an egg and raise day by day. You feed it, clean up after it, give it a bath, put it to bed and cheer it up with games, and the way you look after it decides which of 13 forms it grows into.
It is a gentle game for children and grown-ups who remember carrying a little digital pet around. Time keeps passing while you are away, but kindly: your pal never dies, and when you come back you get a little story of what it got up to.
How to play
- Tap the egg to keep it warm until it hatches.
- Use the care buttons, MEAL, SNACK, PLAY, CLEAN, BATH, LIGHT and MEDICINE, to look after your pal.
- Watch its bars for food, fun, cleanliness, energy and health, and turn the light off when it gets sleepy.
- Tap your pal for a cuddle, and give medicine if it falls ill.
- PLAY opens three mini-games, catch the snack, a memory match and rhythm hop, which earn coins.
- Spend coins on hats, wallpaper and furniture for its room.

Tips
- Balance meals and snacks: what you feed it and how you play with it affects which form it grows into.
- Clean up promptly and keep it healthy, since neglect also shapes how it grows.
- Turn the light off when your pal sleeps so it rests properly.
- Play the mini-game you are best at to build up coins quickly.
- Try different care styles with new eggs to discover all 13 forms.
About the game
Pocket Pal draws on the tradition of tiny keyring pets from the late 1990s, keeping the daily-care loop but removing the harsh parts. A cozy room follows the real time of day, your pal has faces for every mood, and you can switch between a modern cute look and a retro LCD skin.
On phones it feels like a pet in your pocket, sized for one-handed tapping in portrait; on desktop the room is shown larger with the same buttons.
