Kite Clash

Play Kite Clash now · free, no download, no sign-up
Kite Clash brings the rooftop kite-fighting festival to your screen. Your fighter kite spins while its string is slack; hold to pull and it darts the way its nose points. Cross a rival's string and pull away from the crossing to saw through it until it snaps and their kite drifts off.
It is a one-button game that takes a few flights to feel natural, then becomes a tense duel of timing and position. Gusts of wind, birds and glass-string charms keep the sky busy, and you can fly alone, against the computer, with a friend on one device or with friends online.
How to play
- Hold to pull your string: the kite darts where its nose points.
- Let go to let the kite turn, then hold again when it points the way you want; a long release makes it sink.
- Fly across a rival's string, then hold and pull away from the crossing to cut it.
- Keep pulling while crossed, since a slack string cannot saw.
- A glass charm makes your string sharper for ten seconds.
- Watch the streamers and wind arrow: gusts change direction, and birds make your kite wobble.

Tips
- Short taps let you steer while staying high; long releases are for diving under a rival.
- Line up your crossing so that your nose points away from the rival's string; then one long pull both crosses and cuts.
- Pull steadily while crossed rather than tapping, or your slack string will barely cut.
- Grab a glass charm before starting a fight to win string battles faster.
- Check the wind arrow and streamers before a fight, since a gust can push you off a crossing you were holding.
About the game
Kite fighting is a festival tradition in many parts of South Asia and beyond, where flyers on rooftops try to cut each other's strings. Kite Clash turns the craft into a fast arcade duel with one control, while keeping the feel of a crowded festival sky.
On a phone, holding a thumb anywhere is all you need, and two people can share one screen. On a desktop the mouse button or Space bar does the same. Coins from cuts and wins buy kite designs and string colours in the kite shop.
