Ring Twist is a puzzle game about turning concentric rings of gems. Each ring spins around a shared centre, and when one spoke, a line of gems running from the middle to the edge, is all the same colour, it flashes and clears.
It is a calm, thinky puzzle for players who like planning a few moves ahead. Each level has a move limit and was solved for the fewest moves, so you always know a tidy solution exists, and hints and undo are there when you get stuck.
How to play
- Drag a ring around to turn it; each turn counts as one move.
- When a spoke holds the same colour in every ring, it clears.
- Clear every gem, and any stones, before you run out of moves; fewer moves earn more stars.
- One turn can clear several spokes at once, so look for combos.
- Later levels add star gems that match any colour, two-layer gems hiding a second gem, stones that crack beside a clear, bolts that lock a ring and gears that turn a partner ring the other way.

Tips
- Count how many gems of each colour remain; colours with exactly one gem per ring are easiest to line up.
- Use stars as flexible links to finish a spoke that is one colour short.
- Clear spokes next to stones to crack them before they block you later.
- With gears, plan both rings together, since turning one moves its partner the opposite way.
- If a level seems stuck, undo a few moves rather than restarting, as the mistake is usually recent.
About the game
Ring Twist builds on the tradition of rotating mechanical puzzles, where turning one part changes everything around it. Here the goal is simple colour matching, but the rings, bolts and gears turn each level into a careful sequencing problem.
On a phone the rings fill the portrait screen and turn smoothly under your finger; on desktop you can drag with the mouse or play entirely from the keyboard. Coins unlock gem styles and skies.
