Play Darts Wall now · free, no download, no sign-up
Darts Wall projects a huge dartboard onto a wall and lets you play with a soft ball instead of sharp darts. Wherever your ball lands, a dart sticks into the board and the score is called out, from a single 1 up to a treble 20. Every three throws make a visit, and big visits get the big callouts.
It is made for events, where a LiDAR sensor detects each ball, and the rings are widened so soft balls still have a fair chance at doubles and trebles. On this website you can play with a tap or a click, which is a simple way to enjoy a round of darts without a board at home.
How to play
- Throw, tap or click on your dartboard; the ball scores where it lands.
- The outer thin ring doubles the number and the inner thin ring trebles it.
- The outer bull is worth 25 and the bull in the centre is worth 50.
- Every three throws form a visit; a visit of 100 or more is a ton.
- Each player gets ten throws, and the highest total wins.
Controls
On a phone or tablet
Tap the board where you want your dart. With two players, the left board is player 1 and the right board player 2.
On a computer
Click on the board with the mouse. Operators can press Space or Enter to start, Esc to pause and R for the title.
Game modes
Solo
Ten darts to beat today's top score on the leaderboard.
Vs computer
A virtual thrower plays the right-hand board. On easy, medium or hard its throws spread less around its target.
2 players
Two boards side by side, ten throws each, highest total wins.
Tips
- The treble 20 is worth 60, but its neighbours are 5 and 1; the treble 19 (57) sits between 7 and 3, so a slight miss there costs less.
- If you are not landing trebles, the bull at 50 is a large target and a strong safe choice.
- Count your throws: with ten darts you get three full visits plus one last dart, so plan a big finish.
- On a phone, turn it sideways so each board is bigger and easier to hit precisely.
- Against the computer on hard, aim for consistency rather than gambling on trebles every throw.
About the game
Darts is a pub tradition built on the classic numbered board with doubles, trebles and a bullseye. Darts Wall keeps the familiar scoring and the excitement of a big visit, but uses soft balls and a giant projection so it is safe for crowds and families.
At an event a LiDAR sensor sees exactly where each ball hits, and a dart appears at that point. At home the board scales to your screen: on a phone in landscape you tap, and on a desktop you click, with the same callouts for tons and the maximum visit.
