Tin Topple

Play Tin Topple now · free, no download, no sign-up
Tin Topple brings the fairground can-throwing stall to an interactive wall. It is built for events: the shelf of tins is projected on a wall, players throw soft balls and a LiDAR sensor detects every hit. On this website a tap or click stands in for a ball.
Everyone knows the joy of a pyramid crashing down. The tins tumble, roll and slide off the shelf with believable physics, and each cleared shelf brings a tougher stack.
How to play
- Throw at the tin pyramid; each tin you knock down scores 10.
- Striped iron tins take two hits and score 25 each. The gold bonus tin is worth 150.
- Knocking down 3, 5 or 8 tins with one ball earns a combo bonus.
- Clear the shelf for 100 points, with more if you do it in one or two balls.
- After each clear a harder stack goes up: bigger pyramids, towers and iron tins.
Controls
On a phone or tablet
Tap the tins where the ball would strike.
On a computer
Click the tins. At an event, the operator can press Space or Enter to start, Esc to pause and R to return to the title.
Game modes
Solo
Clear as many stacks as you can in 90 seconds.
Vs computer
Each side of the wall has its own shelf; beat a virtual thrower at easy, medium or hard.
2 players
One shelf per player on their half of the wall; most points at the bell wins.
Tips
- Aim at the bottom row so the tins above lose their support.
- Iron tins need two hits, so finish one before moving on.
- Clearing a shelf in one ball is worth an extra 200.
- Go for the gold tin whenever it is up: 150 points in one hit.
- Watch where tins fall; a pushed tin can knock its neighbours over.
About the game
Tin can alley is one of the oldest fair games. This version keeps the simple joy of the throw and adds a small physics simulation, so every collapse looks different.
On a phone the shelf fills the screen and taps act as throws. On a desktop or projector the two-shelf mode lets two players compete side by side.
